DETAILED ITINERARY FOR Nagarhole TOUR
Day 1: Mysore to Nagarhole National Park
Arrival at Mysore -
As you touch down at Mysore Airport, the excitement begins. At 10:00 AM, you’ll be greeted by our friendly representative, who will be your guide and companion throughout this journey.
The 80-kilometer drive from Mysore to Nagarhole is an experience in itself. As you leave the city behind, the landscape transforms into lush greenery, hinting at the wilderness that awaits you.
Checking into the Lodge -
Upon arrival at the lodge, a warm welcome awaits. You’ll check into your comfortable accommodation, where you’ll have some time to relax and freshen up before the day’s adventures begin.
Afternoon Safari -
After lunch, it’s time to embark on your first Jeep safari. The anticipation builds as you enter the park, with the promise of encountering some of India’s most majestic wildlife.
The first safari is always special. The park’s dense forests and open grasslands are teeming with wildlife, and with every turn of the Jeep, you might spot something extraordinary.
From elephants to tigers, Nagarhole is home to a diverse array of species. Keep your camera ready; you never know when you’ll stumble upon a scene straight out of a nature documentary.
Evening at the Lodge -
After an exhilarating afternoon in the park, you’ll return to the lodge for a well-deserved rest. The evening is yours to relax, either by spending time in the common areas, sharing your experiences with fellow travelers, or simply enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. Dinner will be served in the dining area, offering a selection of local and international dishes. The day ends with a peaceful night’s sleep, ready for more adventures tomorrow.

Day 2: Morning and Afternoon Safaris
The early morning safari is a must. As the sun rises, the park comes alive with activity. The misty landscapes and the calls of distant birds create an atmosphere of pure magic.
The afternoon safari takes you on a different route, offering new perspectives and encounters. Each path through the park reveals a unique aspect of Nagarhole’s biodiversity.
Nagarhole’s ecosystems are incredibly varied. From dense forests to serene water bodies, the park is a haven for both plant and animal life. The more you explore, the more you appreciate the intricate balance of this natural world.
Day 3: Final Safari and Departure
Morning Jeep Safari -
Your last morning in Nagarhole begins with one final Jeep safari. It’s your chance to catch any wildlife you might have missed and to bid farewell to this incredible natural sanctuary.
Return to Mysore and Departure
After your morning safari, it’s time to pack up and head back to Mysore. The journey back offers a time to reflect on the unforgettable experiences you’ve had over the past few days.
Arriving at Mysore Airport, you’ll either catch a train back home or continue your travels to another destination. The memories of Nagarhole, however, will stay with you long after you’ve left.
