Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation Timeline

• More than 120 days before tour date: 100% refund
• 46 to 120 days before tour date: 25% refund
• 45 days or less before tour date: No refund

Park Closure

In case of park closure due to weather or government restrictions:

• No refunds will be provided
• We will attempt to reschedule the safari, subject to availability

No-Shows

Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.
